Returns Policy
We stand behind our products and know that sometimes what you receive isn't what you expected. If we shipped the wrong product, or it arrived defective, please contact us to obtain an authorization number for the return, replacement, or exchange of your purchase. Make sure that you include your order number, the product, the quantity purchased, and a brief description of the problem. We will provide you with directions for returning the item to us (and in the case of an incorrect product, may send you a return postage label ).

 

Return Authorization
Returns will only be accepted if you have contacted us for authorization and received a Return Authorization Number. We will accept any product still in good shape for up to 30 days from the date of shipment in it's original packaging. Please note that we can only make refunds for items returned in visibly good condition, that we can resell. We cannot accept items that have already been altered in any way.

 

In the case of non-defective merchandise that matches your original order, shipping costs are non-refundable as are return shipping costs. Non-defective items will be assessed a 15% restocking fee.

 

Exchange Authorization
Exchanges will only be accepted if you have contacted us for authorization. We will accept any product still in good shape for up to 30 days from the date of shipment. Please note that we can only make exchanges for items returned in visibly good condition, that we can resell.

 

In the case of non-defective merchandise that matches your original order, shipping costs are non-refundable and you will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange. Once you have received authorization for an exchange, we will send you instructions for returning the item you would like exchanged.

 

Please note there are no returns or echanges on Digital Downloads, CDs, DVDs, or Gift Cards.
